This policy describes how Aligea processes personal data collected through the website aligea.ch. We value the protection of your privacy and process your data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we process
2.1 Contact form
When you use the contact form, we process the data you provide: full name, email address, organisation or company, subject and content of your message, and your consent to be contacted.
2.2 Technical data
The site does not use any audience measurement, advertising or tracking tools. No tracking cookies are set. For security and proper operation, the host may generate technical logs containing, in particular, the IP address and timestamp of access.
2.3 Interactive map
The Contact page embeds a map provided by OpenStreetMap. Displaying it may transmit your IP address to the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, based in the United Kingdom. We invite you to consult that provider's privacy policy for further details.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- responding to your requests and following up on our exchanges, based on your consent and our legitimate interest in handling your request;
- ensuring the security, stability and proper functioning of the site, based on our legitimate interest;
- complying with our legal obligations, where applicable.
4. Recipients and processors
Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by technical service providers acting on our behalf, in particular our host Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland, who are bound by confidentiality and an appropriate level of security.
5. Transfers abroad
Data related to the form is hosted in Switzerland. Displaying the map may involve a transfer of data to the OpenStreetMap Foundation in the United Kingdom, a country recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection. In the absence of such a level, we implement the safeguards required by law.
6. Retention period
We keep the data from your request for as long as necessary to handle it and to follow up on the relationship, then for a limited period for evidentiary or legal purposes. It is subsequently deleted or anonymised. You may request its deletion at any time.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
8. Your rights
In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data, and, where applicable, to data portability. You may exercise these rights by writing to contact@aligea.ch.
If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the law, you may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in Bern. If you reside in the European Union, you may refer the matter to the competent supervisory authority in your country.
9. Cookies
This site does not use tracking or audience-measurement cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for the technical operation of the site may be used, without any processing for analytics or profiling purposes.
10. Changes
We may amend this policy to reflect changes to the site or the legal framework. The version in force is the one published on this page, together with its update date.
